What does a founder profile need, and why is my free listing waiting?

The founder profile requirement
Your founder profile at /account/founder is the record of who you are on The Launch Directory. It requires:
- A photograph with a one-line description of the image
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A bio of at least 80 characters
- At least one personal link (your website or social profile; company pages do not count)
City and a founder story link are optional additions to the record.
Why your free listing is held
A free listing waits in the queue until two conditions are met: our badge is verified on your website, and your founder profile is complete. The listing is not lost. The moment you finish the missing part, it is released automatically. If the scheduled queue week has passed, it goes live in the next free-queue week, and we notify you.
Paid launches and upgrades
A paid launch goes live at once, or in the week you selected, regardless of whether the founder profile is complete. The same applies to relaunches, the multi-site bundle, the done-for-you listing, and any free listing upgraded to a paid launch. We invite you to complete the profile—it is displayed on your listing—but completion is not required for publication.
Adding co-founders
Invite co-founders from the Team section of /account/founder. Each co-founder appears on the product listing once their own profile is complete.
