How to manage your notification preferences
Configure which updates you receive, through which channels, and on what schedule from your account settings.

Filing your notification settings
Visit /account/notifications to establish your preferences for each type of notice. For each category, you may elect to receive alerts via Email, Telegram or Slack. You then choose the cadence: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Off.
Telegram and Slack notifications require you to provide your own bot or webhook. Optional quiet hours can be applied to chat channels, allowing you to specify periods when alerts should not be delivered.
Notices held for the record
Certain notifications cannot be disabled, as they form part of the essential record of your account and transactions. These mandatory notices include:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment problems and disputes
- Listings held pending your founder profile review
- Changes to listing status
- Missing badge notifications
- Security notices, including new-device sign-ins and email address changes
Removing yourself from a notice type
Every notice sent by email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Using this link will remove you from that particular notice type only; other notifications will continue according to your /account/notifications settings.
Questions people ask
- Can I stop getting emails about one type of notice without unsubscribing from all?

- Which notifications must I receive?
- Receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, listings held for profile review, listing status changes, missing badge alerts, and security notices such as new sign-ins or email changes cannot be disabled.
