How do I update a company listed on multiple sites?
When your company appears on other launch and discovery sites, you can update all listings at once or choose which ones to change.

What updates across all your listings
Some information is filed once and appears identically on every site where your company is listed. Change it once and the record updates everywhere:
- Company name, website and logo
- Homepage screenshot
- Long description, features and pricing
- Links, FAQs, milestones and demo video
- Founder profiles and founder stories
- Team access and notification choices
- Billing details, VAT number and sign-in security
What stays different per site
Each listing keeps its own tagline, short description, SEO title and SEO description. You can write these differently for each site.
Additional categories ($5) are also kept per site.
Choose which sites to update
When you save changes to the listing editor, look next to "Publish changes". You will see:
- All my listings of the company (selected by default)
- Only this site
- Choose sites (tick or untick each one)
Only the fields you changed in that save are copied. Wording you did not touch stays as it was on other sites.
Copy existing differences
On /account/listings, "Copy details" shows where your tagline, short description or SEO text already differs between sites. You can copy this site's wording to the others you tick.
When you add extra categories, the same choice applies—but if a site does not have that add-on, the category is left out there.
What never copies
Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured and sponsored placements, badges and verification all stay with each site. Paid profile sections on free listings stay locked until you upgrade.
Questions people ask
- Do I have to update all my listings at once?
- No. In the listing editor you can choose to update all listings, only this site, or tick individual sites from a list. Only the fields you changed are copied.
- If I change the company description, will it update everywhere?
- Yes. Company name, logo, long description, features, pricing, founders and most other core information are filed once and appear the same on all your listings of that company.
- Can I keep different taglines on each site?
- Yes. Taglines, short descriptions and SEO text are kept per site, so you can word them differently for each one. They will not be overwritten when you update other fields.
