About Design & Creative
Design & Creative is the section for anyone who makes things to be looked at. Interface editors, stock footage, rendering engines and animation tools all turn up on the same page, set out as the products and businesses founders have launched. Each entry sits in the record next to the week it first appeared.
The page gathers every listing in its three subcategories, so you can read across the whole field or narrow it with the filters. Newest launches come first. If you would rather see what the community rates, sort by votes; votes cannot be bought, so the order reflects real preference. Pick a subcategory below to work through a single discipline, or stay here to see the full range of what creative founders are shipping.
Founders: choose this as your main category only if your product serves makers of visual work, not merely if it has a pleasant interface.

Design & Creative: questions answered
- What belongs in Design & Creative?
- Products and businesses that help people produce visual or audiovisual work: design software, photo and video tools or services, and three-dimensional or animation tools. Downloadable templates and assets now have their own category, Templates & Digital Products. A general productivity app with a nice look belongs elsewhere.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Ask what the buyer ends up holding. Software they operate goes under design tools; capturing or editing images and footage goes under photography and video; modelling, rendering or motion goes under three-dimensional and animation. Files they download and reuse now belong in Templates & Digital Products, which has its own category.
- How do I get a product listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, and you check and edit every field before anything goes live. Your main category is chosen at submission and included free. A free listing waits about 6-8 weeks in the queue.
- Can a product appear in more than one category?
- Every listing has exactly one main category. A paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5. This suits a product that straddles fields, such as an animation tool that also ships a library of ready-made assets.
- What should I compare when choosing a creative tool?
- Check which file formats it reads and writes, whether it fits the software you already use, how clearly the licence covers commercial use, and what the sample output looks like. Read the founder's own description, then see how the community has voted.
