How it started
Natalie Lock co-founded Zinn Hub with Neil Lock, her partner in life and in business. They are childhood sweethearts who met at school, and they have been together for more than thirty years. In Neil's words, Natalie is a great part of the scaffolding that helps him do his best work, and the bigger things are talked through with her first.
Why it exists
Fairness is the reason Zinn Hub exists. For sellers, that means keeping more of what they earn and growing a brand that is really theirs. For buyers, the promise is vetted sellers, real guidance and people who answer.
What Zinn Hub became
As far as Natalie and Neil know, it is the first freelance marketplace where a buyer and a seller with no language in common can still meet, agree the job, talk it over live and see it delivered. Listings, briefs, messages and reviews are translated in both directions, across 46 languages. It is a marketplace for digital services, with SEO, web design and content writing among them. It pays its sellers instantly, vets them first, and takes card and crypto payments from buyers.
Milestones
2026 brought two awards: UK Freelance Marketplace of the Year 2026, from 365 Awards, and Best Multilingual Freelance Marketplace in the United Kingdom of 2026, from Best of Best Review.
