Our refund rules
How refunds work on The Launch Directory, what happens when a listing is taken down, and your statutory rights.
Updated
The rule
Once paid, a purchase is final (see the terms). This does not affect your statutory rights.
The reason decides
There are two possible reasons for taking a paid listing down; they lead to different outcomes. Taken down by our decision or by mistake? Then all payments for the listing are refunded in full to the original payment method, and you receive a credit note. Rule-breaking listings (against the terms or the acceptable use policy) are not refunded at all, add-ons and multi-site listings included. We remove the paid items from the site and tell you why.
Special cases
If only one listing from a multi-site purchase is taken down by our decision, you get that site's share back, and the others stay live. Crypto payments are refunded by hand once you have given us a wallet address.
Disputed payments
Chargebacks and disputes: the order's purchases are taken down while it is open and can be restored if we win.
After a refund
Had an order refunded in full? Then a code limited to first orders can still be used. Refunding one Featured order removes just the days that order bought. Refunded sponsorship dates are released for booking again.
