Interview
- What problem are you solving, and who has it?
- We're helping businesses that struggle to manage technology development and digital growth across multiple service providers. Our focus is on startups, small businesses and growing companies that need reliable development, design and marketing support without coordinating several different teams.
- Why did you start this company?
- We started Techfusion Gear in 2023 after recognising an opportunity to bring technology development and digital marketing services together. We wanted to build a company that could understand business requirements beyond just delivering a website or an application.
- What was the hardest moment so far, and how did you get through it?
- One of the biggest challenges has been establishing credibility and finding the right clients while building a sustainable service business. We approached this by continuously improving our capabilities, focusing on project quality and learning from every client engagement.
- What are you most proud of?
- We're proud of the progress we've made since 2023, the projects we've delivered and the range of capabilities we've developed. Building a company that can work across web development, software, ecommerce, SEO and digital marketing has been an important achievement.
- What would you tell a founder starting today?
- Don't focus only on getting your first customer. Focus on understanding the problem you're solving and delivering something genuinely useful. Build relationships, manage expectations and don't underestimate the importance of consistency. Sustainable businesses are built through trust and execution.
- What is next for you?
- We're looking to connect with founders, startups, growing businesses and technology partners who value practical solutions and long-term collaboration. We're also interested in exploring new opportunities involving AI, automation, software development and digital growth.
