Interview

What problem are you solving, and who has it?: We help photographers and filmmakers organise the client-facing part of a project: presenting work, collecting selections and feedback, delivering finished files and offering optional purchases. GalleryDock keeps these steps close to the photographs and videos instead of spreading them across unrelated messages and file links.
Why did you start this company?: I wanted the delivery experience to reflect the care photographers put into their work. GalleryDock brings a branded presentation together with practical tools for client collaboration, website integration and photo sales.
What are you most proud of?: The connection between a photographer’s own website and the client gallery is especially important to me. Alongside photo selection, video feedback and the integrated shop, it lets creative professionals shape a more consistent experience around their work.
What would you tell a founder starting today?: Start with a specific workflow and listen to the people who use it. A useful product should make a real task clearer or easier. For a photography tool, that includes the client opening the gallery as well as the photographer managing the project.
What is next for you?: My priority is to keep developing GalleryDock around practical needs in photography and filmmaking, with clear client workflows and a professional presentation across devices.
